1. The service

PrintClass is a video course about 3D printing as a small business, created by Chris Barin and operated by Cristian Barin, [LEGAL ENTITY AND ADDRESS]. Some lessons are free; the full course requires a subscription ("Pro").

2. Account

You need an account (Sign in with Apple or Google) to watch lessons, so your progress and subscription follow you across devices. Keep your sign-in secure. One account is for one person.

3. Subscriptions

Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play: monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified by the store as required.

4. Content licence

Lessons, videos, files and supply lists are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning while you have access. You may use what you learn in your own business. You may not download, copy, record, share, resell or redistribute the videos or files, or circumvent the access controls.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. New lessons and changes

We add lessons regularly and may edit or remove content. We may change the app, these terms or the price of future subscription periods. Material changes are announced in the app.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The course is educational. 3D printing, painting and running a business involve risks and results vary; follow the safety instructions of your equipment and materials. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings or at /delete-account. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law
